HeartKids acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land on which we live, work and meet. We acknowledge the continuing connections to land, sea, waters and skies and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
HeartKids treads lightly on Country and works in collaboration and support of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, families and communities impacted by Childhood-onset Heart Disease (CoHD) and Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD).
HeartKids acknowledges those who have lost their lives to childhood-onset heart disease and honours each life as precious.
